rooted trading co. is a unique and inviting destination for both local residents and others who visit Powder Springs. In addition to a variety of local and branded home décor items and gifts; there are snacks and beverages.
There is also newly improved outdoor spaces with yard games that everyone can enjoy being outside. You can relax with a snack or cold drink after a walk on the Comet Trail, shopping, or playing at the park!
A Place with History
We have worked hard to preserve the history and original uses of 4455 Marietta Street:
The Main Store; established in 1860 as a general store will be reborn as rooted trading co.
The Center Section; added in 1890 as storage for the Main Store will continue to be used in the same way.
The Rear Portion; originally built in 1850 as a barn and blacksmith shop is the new home for custom creations by Hardy Woodworks.
